Pitting the best of the best against one another for $10,000 in prizes, the Breeders’ Cup Survivor Pool brings the survivor contest format to the most prestigious two-day event in racing. The contest opens with a pro football Thursday Night matchup between Baltimore and Miami. Pick the winner against the spread to move on to Future Stars Friday, a day of racing showcasing the best two-year-old horses in the world. Nail top three finishers in three Breeders’ Cup Friday races to survive another day. On Saturday, racing fans from around the globe descend on Del Mar for the main event of the weekend. Pick top three finishers in five Breeders’ Cup races to qualify for the final event. Our contest rounds out with the afternoon highlight of the Pro Football weekend where Kansas City heads to Buffalo for a potential Conference Championship preview. In what came down to a very tight race, our finalists were decided by the Breeders' Cup Mile in the final racing event of the contest. Both of our Grand Prize winners landed on Buffalo +2 in Sunday's showcase. We ended up with two perfect entries splitting the $7,500 Grand Prize and one eligible consolation entry taking home the $2,500 Prize.
